6 miles, then one hour step class, then 30 minutes core. However, my back went out in last 10 minutes of step and I now immobile. I did the core class hoping it would help.

 
On a personal note, my training has been less than ideal as I have been spending time assisting with my mother who is on hospice care for her cancer.
