One hour FIT class.
45 minutes elliptical, I'll log 4.
Since my bumb foot has my training in a picke, I guess this is approprite, after all it is a rag.

Paul, I was gone and vaction and then busy playing catch up. Today is my first day back on the blog catching up with everyone. What happened to your foot? I sure hope it is something minor. I got a kick out of your Scouting post. I too am an Eagle Scout that should have his award revoked, because I have the same issues with Scouting that you do.
