Poor night of sleep. It was difficult to get up so I slept an hour until 5:15. 7 easy at 8:30, random incline to 1.5% 1 at 6:31, 1 at 6:27, 1 at 6:18, all at -3% decline. I felt alright at the end, but couldn't get in a longer run which I had planned. Oh, well.
