5 miles at 8:30 on random incline to 5%, followed by 2 at 6:31 at -3% decline, then 4 at 6:27 at -3% decline, .5 at 6:21 at -3% decline and last .5 at 6:00 again at -3% decline.  The downhill felt good.

30 minute core class.

Foam roller after.

I was glad I got up to do the run because I was tired from being on my feet all evening and having very little sleep after chaperoning my son's high school band performance at Weber State last night from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

 

P.M. 6 very easy.

I wish I were crazy good -- I'm just wishing my training had been better earlier and trying to make up for lost time. Plus, today it might be hard to get in any workout.

Your training looks great as well. I think I need to find a TM with a negative incline. I hear that is great training for St. George. I'll have to remember that next time.

Matt, I love the decline on the treadmill.

Cal, I have to say when I got back to blogging more seriously and bettering my training, you were one of the primary factors.

Didn't you just run a marathon a few days ago? You are NUTS! I can't believe all the high quality miles you have been able to put in this week. You should have a great day at SGM if you get yourself all nice and rested up right.
