15 miles on a treadmill shows true dedication. You are absolutely right about being prepared for the heat. I have considered some treadmill running in the next couple of weeks to prepare myself in case Boston is warm this year.

Some people call those who run inside whimps, others call them smart as they have use of their body parts the rest of the day. Smart man!
