Well, I'm getting back at it so I did 10 easy, despite some lingering soreness in my calves.  Nothing too sore, and the run actually felt good.

Well, I'm a bit disappointed in blowing up yesterday, so I figure this week should be put to good use.

I don't think I have ever been able to go out and run 10 miles the day after a marathon, even when my legs haven't been beat up. Good job!!
