66 minutes on the cybex elliptical (arc trainer) at the gym. I will log it as 6 miles.

Felt good to do something but I'm still sore, particularly in my left calf.  It seems I have a muscle imbalance that I need to correct where my right calf is stronger (and bigger) than my left, which I suspect is from years of compensating for an injury to my right big toe.

Congrats on your race Saturday. That effort would have been worth like a 2:55 at SGM. You're starting the racing season off great!

Thanks Cal. One of these days we will bust out -- I hope. Keep making your steady progress.

I agree with both of you. Steady progress, avoid the injury bug and things will fall in place.

I followed your example and did the arc trainer this morning. I seem to get a better workout on that than the eliptical. Did you take a rest day today?
