10.5 miles at 8:00, 4 miles at 7:00, 3.5 at 8:00.  (Fortunately my shirt was dark enough to mostly hide the marks from some dreaded nip chaffing.)

Anybody in need of some Graham crackers?

Consistent with yesterday's Bran theme, I've also heard them called Graham crappers.

Very nice, Paul!!! Was this on the treadmill? I'm always shirtless on the treadmill for my long runs, so I don't know if I would chafe. I don't want to find out.

WOW, 17 miles midweek? Sorry about the chaffing! The bran theme is too funny!

How long you been runnin' that you don't know better than to lube up them nips with some Body Glide?

Paul, Are you running St. George this year? You running it sub 3?

From RivertonPaul on Fri, Jul 03, 2009 at 17:10:59 from 75.169.0.106

Mark, sometime you just have to build the calluses back up, you know. Yes, I'm running SGM and, barring injury, will be going for sub 3, too.

From fly on the Wall on Sat, Jul 04, 2009 at 19:40:25 from 166.70.192.189

There must be better ways of building calluses on your nips- sandpaper, emery board, grinding wheel...?There must be better ways of building calluses on your nips- sandpaper, emery board, angle grinder, bench grinder... I've got a belt sander you could borrow if you promise to clean all the blood off.

If I can cut the mustard in my training I will be trying for sub 3. Any interest in running in a pacing group?
