Did the 4-peat just for Burt Another 15.3 miles that felt so, so much better today. I was 20 seconds per mile faster than I have been the last 2 days. I guess my body is deciding to accept the fact that I'm running farther than normal. Looks like I only need 19 miles tomorrow to go over 80 for the week, then I can take a 2 day break from running before starting all over again next week.
