I actually ran outside today!  It was beautiful... 71 degrees, clear sky, and no wind.  

8.2 easy miles, 1:05:00, AP 7:54

Running outside on the hills is way tougher than running the TM even with a 1% incline, but way better too.

Went to the track today.

1 mile warm up

.5 mile recovery jog-- my battery on my garmin died

Got outside again for a nice hilly run this morning. I was thinking about all you SGM runners and hoping you were having better weather than I was. It was warm and very humid this morning here.  It would have made for terrible marathon weather.  I hope you all achieved your goals and had a lot of fun this weekend.
