Lower body and core. 
TM 7 miles. Might right hammy started tightening up after 6 miles so I walked out the seventh to loosen it up. Hopefully it feels fine tomorrow.

Pilates then 2 mile TM walk. Hammy never felt loose enough to run today. I think it will be good tomorrow.

I probably could have run slowly but I decided to give my hammy one more days rest. 
Pilates. 
2 mile TM walk.

Lower body, core and 2 mile TM walk in the morning. 
I was planning on running tonight but ended up watching college football instead. Hammy feels better. I hope to get in a long run tomorrow.

Morning Pilates before doing some house projects. After lunch I set off to do a long TM run. I was feeling great and running easy when 2 miles in my hammy tightened up so I walked another mile the stopped. After finishing I bent over to do a light hammy stretch and something popped in my hammy. Boy did that hurt!!!  I will see how it feels tomorrow but right now I'm walking gingerly.
