Upper body weights-- I figure if I can't run, I might as well look good. I've definitely put on a few pounds of upper body muscle. Abs and Core Worked my hip abductors and adductors. I figured those lower body weights don't put any stress on the tibia. Six weeks since my last run. The leg feels good, but I still get little hints of soreness which are a little stronger if I push on it with my fingers. I try really hard not to press on it, but occasionally I can't resist pushing on it to see how it's feeling. |
