Core work this morning

30 mins easy water running this evening. The kids were stoked since they got to go swimming. With the solar cover on for the past week the water was up to 88 degrees tonight, so I didn't have to wear my wet suite. It was very pleasant.

34 minutes water running

I tried to simulate a speed workout.  I ran 4 mins hard followed by 2 mins easy.  I did 6 sets.  I caught myself day dreaming about running for real on a track.  It is definitely harder to maintain a hard pace in the pool.  I have to keep reminding myself to push hard.

Wow!  It's May.  I can't believe it.  I'm still being good and only water running.

30 mins with a consistant effort

I'll call it an easy day.

I think my foot is feeling a bit better.  I'll stick with water running again tomorrow and next week I may try some elliptical work.
