34 minutes water running

I tried to simulate a speed workout.  I ran 4 mins hard followed by 2 mins easy.  I did 6 sets.  I caught myself day dreaming about running for real on a track.  It is definitely harder to maintain a hard pace in the pool.  I have to keep reminding myself to push hard.

Looks like you're putting in some good x-training post Boston. When are you hitting the roads again?

Nice job Rhett!!

I am fighting the running demons today big time!!!

We'll be running again soon ... right?

Btw ... that's an awesome new pic!

Nevels, unfortunately I have to be good and not run. I tore my PF tendon a few days before Boston and ran it anyways. The doc said at least 3 weeks before I can try running, but it will probably be longer.

Teena, thanks. That photo is of me finishing the Havasu Half. I like it cause they caught me with both feet off the ground. Don't run Teena. I know how hard it is, but it will be worth it when we are all healed up and running pain free.

Thanks Dale.

NICE speed workout and GOOD for you being so patient! I LOVE your airborne picture.

Teena, thanks for checking up on me. I have been working out, just not running or blogging. I still check everone elses blog daily though. It is helping keep a positive attitude. I did do a very short run this morning so I think I'll go blog it now.
