Went out for my Monday night test run after getting the kids down. It was better than last week. I made it 1.6 miles before the knee started tightening up. I switched to my walk, jog, skip, run backwards, sideways shuffle, etc. routine when the pain hit about a 3 or 4. I didn't want to aggravate my knee. I ended up doing 5.3 miles with an average pace of 9:48. I was bummed that I am not better yet, but encouraged that I made some progress. I'll do another week of cross training and try again next Monday.
