10 minutes arc trainer- no leg pain 10 minutes stair speed intervals- no leg pain 5 minutes TM at 2% incline very slow- no leg pain until the 5th minute when I got up to 6.5 mph and it wasn't really pain, it was more some tightness coming on, so I decided to stop there before it became pain. 10 minutes arc trainer- no leg pain Now to see how it feels tomorrow morning when I wake up. If it is good I will try to run a little more tomorrow. |
