1 mile TM 2% incline- 9:30 Leg pain started at zero and built up to a very mild 2 on a 1-10 scale. 20 minutes stair-mill speed intervals- no leg pain 10 minutes stationary bike. My leg feels perfectly fine doing pretty much everything except running. I'm going to be good for the marathon though. The question is just how fresh can I keep my legs without any true running?
