I got a lot of sleep this weekend and I just wasn't tired last night so I had a restless night's sleep, but I still woke up feeling refreshed. I headed to the pool, did a 10 minute warm up then 10 x 200 m on the 5:00. It went really well keeping all 10 under 4 minutes. I'm starting to find my stroke again. With a couple months to go, I'm optomistic I will be ready for the swim of the IM.
When I got home I did some calf raises before hitting the shower.
Tonight.
10 mile Zwift race. I rode well.
10 minutes jump rope.
