Swim. I started off with a nice warm up and some solid 100s, then I completely fell apart and was sooooo slow on my 100s. Still restarted on on 2:30 just didn't have much of a break. As good as Monday's swim was, today's was just as bad.
Tonight
10 mile 40 minute zwift group workout. It was a less intense one than others I have done, but it felt really good.
