Another day of cross training

1 hour elliptical

I showered at the gym before heading to work and while I was changing one of those body builder types said to me, "Wow, you're shredded."  Who says a marathon runner can't be "shredded?"  Anyways it made me feel good and now I'm tooting my own horn about it.  Sorry for the momentary laps of pride.  On a more humble note, I sure hope my leg feels good on my run tomorrow.

Wow. You just got hit on. Think about it. Why do they spend so much time sculpting their bodies? Because they love themselves. I mean, they reaaaaally love themselves. They're all gay.

Burt, you crack me up. Thanks for helping to keep me humble though. :)

I think it's GREAT that you're "shredded"! Doone can attest to that, I am sure! :).

Nice cross training this week! Can't wait to hear how your run goes today! Hope the leg cooperates! :)
