Today was hardcore cross training day. 10 minutes elliptical warm up 50 minutes stairs- 10 repeats: 3 min run/ 2 min walk. This was a lot like doing a Yasso's workout. It was definitely just as hard or harder than any Yasso's I've ever done. 10 minutes elliptical 40 minutes cycle 10 minutes elliptical Total 2 hours cross training and a bucket load of sweat. I was gross. |
