P90X  Day 9

I'm starting to get my body used to getting up and doing these early morning, intense workouts.  Today was Plyometrics which last week made me light headed.  I was winded this morning, but felt much better.  This is a workout that would be good to do once a week even during marathon training.

Teena. Not too early... Usually 5:30, but last week when I was staying up late watching the olympics is was tough.

Plyometrics is great stuff for running especially trail running or on a course with gazillion twists and turns like the Olympics! :)
