I was excited to get to the gym after last nights run.  I decided my knee could use another good week of cross training, so I got on the stair machine again.

40 minutes alternating running for 2 minutes/ walking for 2 minutes.

That was way harder than my run last night.  When I finished I felt like I might pass out.  I really pushed hard today, but if it is keeping me in running shape, I'll keep doing it.

No wonder your run felt easy last night. That stair machine would be a great thing to have in my house. I wonder how much they cost? Probably an arm and a leg.

That was such a nice test run yesterday. Your fitness is awesome! All that xtrain is paying off!

I could never xtrain like you! I can't get my heart-rate up on the elliptical like I could when running! I truly admire your dedication!
