Leg feeling better this morning. It is so weird. The pain/ inflammation/ tightness keeps moving from one spot to another. Now it seems to be in the belly of the soleus muscle and the achelies and lateral fibularis (is that the right name Teena?) seem to be fine. Anyway, its not ready to run on today. Stationary bike simulating interval training. Switched level from 10 to 12 to 14 to 16 every minute and then repeated 15 times for a total of 1 hour. I kept the rpm over 90 at all times and ended up doing exactly 19 miles.
