I decided to make this a long slow week, so I started out today with 15 miles on the TM at 1% incline running at a 7:30 pace. I did run mile 10 at mp (6:40) just to see how it felt.

Smooth, I was suprised how 6:40 really didn't feel fast when I went there.
Teena, normally on a Monday I do a run with about 9 miles at mp, so it was slower, but farther than I usually go.
