I did a lot before going to work this morning.

1st I did a 20 mile bike ride with Blake and Chic joined us too.

Then I went with Cade to his mini golf tounament to end his week of golf classes.

Then we went to the lake with and rode jet skis for a bit.

I unfortunately had to go to work, so I said good bye and left everyone else to play. :(

that sounded like a great day till you got to the go to work part. Whats on your challenge agenda....any marathons to get you qualified for Boston 2015????

Slick, I'm already BQ'd for 2015. I'm not sure if I'm going to run it though. I'm eying a return to Boston in 2016.

Right now the only thing on my schedule for the rest of the year is a half IM in November. I'm sure something will come up before that though.
