Aerobic Intervals work out from the Power 90 exercise series. It was one of 2 bonus DVDs that came with P90X that I had never tried. It was a real good recovery workout, basically a low intensity version of Plyometrics.

Cool bonus!! I love your run 3 days and cross train the other days program. it worked beautifully for your Boston PR!!! This time you "bring it" with a post P90X super buff, fit and healthy body. Can't wait to see you PR at Phoenix! :)

I hope you're right Smooth, but I am getting older, so I don't know if I have another PR left in me. I'm going to give it my best shot though.
