P90X Day 55 I'm at the end of my recovery week so I got to do one last free workout. Doone was heading to the gym so I went with her. I started by warming up on the elliptical for 15 minutes. Then I jumped on the treadmill. 3x 1 mile with 1/4 mile walk recovery. (6:10, 6:00, 5:45) 4 more hard core weeks of P90X then a recovery week and I'll be done and back to marathon training. |
