I watched a replay of the Berlin Marathon last night. I got all jazzed to get back into marathon shape. I hope my foot cooperates.

Nice Xtraining Rhett. Dude you foot will come back and you will be back in great shape with all that other work your doing. As for the Berlin Marathon did you watch it on Universal sports?? I love watching all the races on there. And watched the Berlin marathon only twice.:) And just watched the 5th Avenue 1 mile races. Very cool stuff.

Dale, they've added Universal Sports to the Direct TV line up, so I just plop my butt on the couch turn on the TV and go to channel 604 and watch. : )

I watch it online. And you can watch anything. I like watching the marathons. Track and field, and the triathlons too. There is alot of the good track and field races with Bolt. They just dont do alot of the marathons.
