TM: Ran miles 1,2,4,6,8 at 8:00 pace and miles 3, 5, 7 at 6:00 pace.
Wasn't sure how it would go but was pleasantly surprised that the 3rd mile at 6:00 wasn't too bad.

Yep Mack, it was 119 degrees with 130 degree heat index yesterday. I'll be addicted to that TM for a few more weeks.
