70 minute bike ride followed by a big bucket of ice dumped on my head to complete the ALS ice bucket challage.  Thanks Ross for tagging me.  I did tag Blake and his wife though, so now they are up. Have fun.

Good job on your swim today. Let me know how the shoes work for you. I brought them to Atlanta to run in them so I will let you know how I liked them on Saturday. I will miss riding this weekend but we will get a ride in next Friday!
