You are running some insane speeds!!! Man alive, Bish! :)

Just promise me you will be careful. The last three times I have really felt good and started pushing the pace I would get injured about 4-6 weeks into it. Please make sure you take time to allow your body to repair any damage done (even if it doesn't feel like there was any) before hitting those types of speeds again. :)

Seriously, you are so stinkin' fit!

8.75 in an hour?!!! Are you in a hurry like Teena was because you were so BUSY, Bish? :)

You are so speedy! :) :) :)

Nice work Rhett. Must still be pretty hot down there in AZ.

Teena, thanks for the reminder. I do enjoy running fast and need to remember to keep it slow too.

Smooth, yep, I'm always in a hurry now.

Mack, still having low temps around 90. In about a month it will start getting nice again though and will stay nice for about 8 to 9 months so I can't complain much.
