I woke up this morning and got out of bed and, sweet, no sharp pain in my leg with the first few steps.  It is still sore, but not the sharp pain I had been getting.

Went to the gym.

Abs and Core work

1 hour station cycle, 20.61 miles

I'm really hoping to go with Doone on her run Saturday.  I think there is a good chance I'll be able to do it.  Keeping my fingers crossed.  Still 48 hours of healing before then.

Paul, it's all your fault. You leave the blog and the next day I pull up lame. Now you are back and it is just starting to get better. You are forever banned from taking breaks from the blog from here on out. Oh, I have been drinking more Diet Dew than normal for since the injury. When I can't run, I start eating and drinking what ever I feel like and diet dew has been my drink of choice. I've got 2 weeks to pull myself together.
