I met up.with the running club this.morning and ran with Jim.for.the.first 7 miles of my run . It was nice to run and chat. The miles seemed to fly by with ease even thoug we were running at a decent clip. I did my last 3 solo for 10 miles AP 7:14.

Nice pace! I bet it was a little windy too. That makes it all the more impressive. You working this weekend or will you have time for a ride?

Blake, yes it was windy, but nothing like the crazy wind this morning. I am working this Saturday, but can ride on Friday morning like we did last week if you want to.
