My legs were more tired this morning from last nights run than I expected so I cut my run intervals on the stairs to 2 minutes.
Stair speed intervals. 2 min run/ 2 min walk
2 mile cool down TM 2% incline @ 8:00

I imagine my legs would be shot, too. Especially after a 20 miler only a few days earlier.
Your cool down miles are faster than my fastest running. LOL
