Nice cross training. Great work yesterday!

Glad you are feeling good bipolar runner!

After Boston, I'm going to do some xtrain. Your workouts are so inspiring. Wow, you recover fast from that 20 miler!

From Rhett on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 18:08:12 from 74.32.222.202

Smooth, if you are doing P90X you are doing some intense xtraining. I can't believe you have been doing that along with all those miles you have been running. Your body must be rock hard.

From Smooth on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 18:16:38 from 174.23.198.220

Rhett ~ I only did the "easy" ones, yogaX, Xstretch, core-synergistics. I've only started doing them the last couple weeks and realize it's a mistake to start during the peak weeks. My ribs and shoulders are so sore. I'm not going to do any more until after Boston. My body is NOT rock hard, it's SORE!

Rhett..how do you like the new Speedstars? (I just ordered a pair, hoping that they are slightly different than last year's model -- which I blamed for my calf issues leading up to SGM)

From Rhett on Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 00:44:11 from 74.32.219.227

Marc, they are more than "slightly different" than last year's model. I think I like them. I've only worn them twice and plan on wearing them this weekend for my final 20+ miler. Then I won't wear them again until Boston. I find them to be a bit more narrow in the toe box which I don't really like, but they do have a little more cushioned feel and glove like fit feel to them. The laces are at an angle which is a bit weird, but I'll get used to that I guess.

From MarcE on Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 09:22:49 from 206.225.68.119

Rhett--I was kind of hoping the toe box was wider...uggg. That might not be a good thing -- as my toes usually need more room than the average shoe provides. That's the chance I take for ordering online, I guess. Maybe they'll fit, or I can stretch them a little. Thanks for the review.
