I strapped on an old knee brace that I hadn't used for many years and headed out an 8 miler.  I haven't run that far for a while.  Things went really well the first few miles with no pain, then I started to get an achey feeling, but not painful and it would come and go.  I finished the 8 miles with a 7:53 pace.  I've got a lot of work to do in 1 month (from today) to be able to finish Boston.

How's the knee feeling today? We'll be running Boston 4 weeks from today!

From Rhett on Mon, Mar 21, 2011 at 16:48:55 from 74.36.33.52

Smooth, knee felt good this morning. I need to blog my run. I know, I was thinking about Boston being 4 weeks away while I was running and how my body didn't feel anything like it usually does 4 weeks out from a marathon. Oh well.
