Crazy work week. I need to find time to read everyone's blogs! 10 minute elliptical as fast as I could 30 minutes running the stair machine: 3 minutes running, 3 min walk, 2 min run, 2 min walk 2 min run, 2 min walk, 1 min run 1 min walk, 2 min run, 2 min walk, 2 min run, 2 min walk, 3 min run, 3 min. walk. Those last 2 sets of running were killer. I was a little light headed like you get at the end of a good set of 800m repeats. I haven't worked that hard in a long time. NO KNEE PAIN!
