10 recovery miles keeping it easy after yesterday's hard run.

AP 7:45- felt much slower than that.

You don't know your own speed.

Not surprised at how well your runs are this week! So AWESOME that 7:45 felt slow! Congratz on your successful last speed work yesterday. You're training so well and so smart! :) Can't wait to see you smash your goal at Phoenix! :) :) :)

Great run this morning! I felt great and was able to keep an AP with my interval/tempo run of 7:07 for the full 8 miles of my intervals. Total AP of 7:22 for the full 10. It was a real confidence booster. Last run of above MP until the race. I am really looking forward to it and I am really excited to see how you do. I have a feeling you are going to SMASH it! Let me know when you have a phone again.

I am scared to run with the big boys! I think I can do it but it does really scare me. We will see how our final 20 mile run goes.

Its always good when your pace feels slower than it is. Usually the pace is the other way around for me. It feels like I'm running 7:30's on my recovery days.

Burt, Some days running just feels easy. Wish it always felt that way.

Smooth, Thanks. Things seem to be coming together at the right time. Now I just have to see if everything gels on race day.

Blake, You are in so much better shape than you realize. I'm looking forward to our last long run tomorrow.

Matt, It doesn't always feel that way. I think with having run 6 miles at AP 6:26 the day before, 7:45 felt really slow in comparison.

Yasir. I bet you have days where you can say that.
