Back at it this morning after sleeping in and taking the day off yesterday.
Lower body weights
Ab and Core work
40 minutes stair speed intervals.
Legs felt great! I'm ready for a good run tomorrow.

40 minute stair intervals? Geez, I ran up and down my stairs in the house for about 5 minutes and thought I was going to die. LOL.
