Today marks 10 weeks since my last run. I still didn't run today, but I sent Doone out on a 20 miler this morning, so that has to count for something, right?
20 minutes stair speed intervals switching from a fast walking speed to max speed which is a slow run up the stairs every 1:20. No leg discomfort. If it still feels good the rest of the weekend I'll try a short run next week. If I'm going to do the 1/2 at Pocatello in 4 weeks I've gotta get in a few miles before then. |
