Tom, yep, plenty of carbs for the hour on the bike. I'm starting to think I had some kind of flu bug and that it wasn't the lack of carbs that caused me to crash on Friday though. I may have to go out for another 20 carb free to test my theory though.
Teena, you are too kind. Doone says thanks and wishes you a happy Mother's Day as well. She has asked me to be her coach for her marathon. Today is day # 1 of her training. It's a cross training day though. I'm going to have her do 3 days xtraining and 3 days running like I've been doing. She wants to train for a 3:45. We'll see how that goes.
