I had just enough time to go to the gym during lunch and sneak in 20 minutes of exercise. With such a short amount of time available, I decided I needed to go intense, but I can't run fast enough for an intense workout because of my SF. I decided the most intense thing I could do was speed work on the stair machine.
20 minutes stair speed intervals. Felt good to get the lungs burning even if it was quick. |
