P90X Day 13 Kenpo with Cade. It is a 59 minute exercise. I thought Cade would get bored and quit 20 minutes into it, but he stuck the whole thing out. It is kinda fun with all the punching, kicking and blocking. It takes some coordination and it was fun to see him trying his best to do all the moves. Tomorrow is day 14-- Rest Day! 11 weeks to go. |
