Full body weights

I worked extra hard today on the weights.  I figure I should get really serious about the weights for the next 6 weeks since Doone and I are heading to Belize in November.  I lifted hard enough today that by the time I was done I was completely wiped out.  It felt terrible, but in a good way.

Nice job Rhett. Gotta love those killer weight workouts. For me they always feel best about two days later when I feel some of the increased growth.
