P90X Day 47 I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. I can tell it is about time for a recovery week which is next week. After finally dragging myself out of bed I didn't have time for the full prescribed Back and Biceps followed by ABs, so I did Abs then followed that with 3 sets of pullups and 3 sets of curls. That will have to do for today and since it is the first time I've cheated a workout in 47 days I shouldn't be too bummed I guess. Tomorrow I think I'm going to do a 5K. We'll see how well all this P90X does to help with running. I'm guessing it won't be pretty, probably somewhere just under 21:00.
