I got my fat butt out of bed earkt at 5 am this morning for the first time in a few months. It's time to get my body ready to start running again.
10 minutes elliptical warm up
20 minutes stair speed intervals
45 minutes doing a mixture of plyometrics, jump roping, medicine ball exercises, swiss ball exercises and some core exercises.
Whew! it felt great to really work my body hard. I miss starting my day with a really good hard work out. |
