Completed my first half marathon in over 2 years.  Had a lot of fun chasing after people and getting my butt across the line as quick as possible.  I thought I ran it faster based on my effort, but I didn't look at my watch after mile 8.  I'm way off my personal best, but I was pushing it as much as I could at the end.

5.3 miles during lunch.  A little tired.  Quit caffeine (again) on Tuesday.  I keep telling myself that I don't need that stuff!!
