Consistent aerobic and strength training.

Participate in 5k and 10k races.
Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Active rest day. Skipping rope and heavy weights session.
Could only work up to an easy jog for most of these miles. Tired all over, especially legs. I know weight training is a good thing for me, but it really sucks running with sore hamstrings and calves. And it's only Tuesday!
