Personal:
I started more dedicated running and racing in my thirties. Eventually I developed symptomatic bradycardia and SVT which required a cardiac pacemaker implant and a cardiac cath ablation. It has taken a long time to get back to running consistently again. Counting my blessings and trying to remain more balanced with fitness.

Early morning run before visiting Claire at the hospital. She's really angry for finding herself in this situation again. She's reaching for more clarity to try an understand the root cause. I hope it motivates her.
Woke up a bit late today so plan to run another morning and lunch double to get 10 miles. First run slower, second run faster. Followed second run with two supersets of hanging leg raises, pull-ups, pistol squats, hypers, and seated calf raise.
